2 tazas de maicena (maizena o fécula de maíz), 1 taza de harina cernida, 4 huevos, ¾ tazas de azúcar molida, 3 cucharaditas de polvo de hornear, 5 cucharadas de margarina, jugo de medio limón y ralladura de su cáscara, 1 frasco de dulce de leche diluida, ½ taza de codo rallado.
Batir las yemas de huevo con el azúcar hasta que este cremoso. Añadir la margarina mezclando con una espátula de madera.
